Amber 'Bullet' Vase

Designed by Rudolf Schrotter in 1955 for Rosice (part of the Sklo Union glassworks) from a vibrant shade of amber glass and in what's known as a bullet shape.  Made in Czechoslovakia during the 1960s.  Height  5.75in/15cm

Art Deco style tube radio, TESLA "Talisman"

Tesla 'Talisman' model 308U, made in Czechoslovakia, production period 1953-1958The Art Deco style lingered into the '50-s in Czechoslovakia. This particular design is often nicknamed "The Bullet" or "The Streamliner". Bakelite cabinet, glass tuning dial. The 4-tube circuit was a Philips design and features SW/MW/LW reception. AC/DC 110 Volts / 220 Volts mains.This radio was made in three colours, brown, mottled brown, and dark red. Each colour can be found in different shades; ranging from almost black to bright burgundy red.

Table Clock.....

This is a table clock from the 1960's, made by the Czech company Prim.
It is 10"- 25 cm across and 5,5" - 14 cm high.
It has a gorgeous plastic retro face with raised brass lines and brass hands.
Clock has very cool brass frame which work also like a stand.
